Payments made for completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable. Once a milestone is achieved or nearing completion, the corresponding payment for that milestone is considered earned for the services rendered.
Should a customer wish to discontinue the project or engagement for any reason, they reserve the right to cease making further payments. However, any payments made up to the point of discontinuation are non-refundable.
In the event of discontinuation, the customer is required to communicate their decision promptly to our designated contact person or via the agreed-upon communication channels.
If the customer decides to re-engage or resume the project at a later time, new terms and conditions, including payment structures, may apply.
We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
In case of any dispute regarding the return policy or services provided, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
